How we work
An XCommNet engineer will consult with you to find out your requirements and offer a suitable solution. An on-line survey may be conducted to gauge carrier metrics such as coverage and speeds of your broadband. We will ship the equipment in suitable rugged flight cases for self-installation. Ongoing performance and WAN management can be provided upon request. Our fast turnaround can get your upload boosted on the next business day in most of the UK mainland addresses. Our technology
Our unique technology allows us to use and bond many connections simultaneously to improve upload and download speed. When used for home working or smart working it allows you to use and combine the speed of your home broadband with the speed of the 4G network. Our advanced technology can be used to give priority to certain traffic such as VoIP or video call to guarantee a certain level of performance to a data flow. Typically we deploy a pre-configured unit ready to use. Other configurations are available upon request.

Chargeable period
Minimum rental: 1 month. Routers are dispatched by courier from 12 noon on the working day before the hire commences, and must be returned to us no later than 12 noon on the next working day after the hire ends. Additional charges may be made for equipment that is returned late.
Terms and conditions
This a special offer to support home smart working during the restrictions imposed by the national response to Covid-19. The normal price of a Viprinet VPN 300 is £75\day or £300 on a 6 month contract. The offer is available until stock last. XCommNet reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. SIM data usage is not included. A deposit of £500 per router is required and there is one off configuration charge of £100. All bookings are subject to our Hire Agreement, as current and amended at time of booking, which can be viewed here. Our hire contracts are sent and signed electronically.
